Burdenko Method – Freedom of Movement


The Burdenko Method is the foundation of my personal training principles.  The purpose of the Burdenko Method is to develop Balance, Flexibility, Coordination, Endurance, Speed and Strength to maximize muscle and joint mobility through full range of motion.

The ability to move the body freely in all directions with strength and fluidity is true ‘Freedom of Movement‘. Personally, I do these exercises or one of many variations of similar movements every day.  This helps keep my body flexible, supply and relaxed. It also helps prevent injury and improve my athletic performance.

If I were to share a single thing about fitness with someone, it would be this freedom of movement video!
